Built to allow the galley unit to be set on the passenger side of your van, slightly protruding into the slider door entry area to maximize the space on the interior of your Promaster Van. This van kitchen galley allows the refrigerator to pull out towards the back of the passenger seat so it can be accessed from the interior or exterior of your van. A full-size drawer rests just above the refrigerator, giving you space to store your kitchen utensils or a small set of pots and pans for your cooking needs. The drop-in sink sits towards the rear of your van with a large cabinet beneath to keep all your water and gear secure while traveling.

- NanoTec Sink - Please note: Plumbing is not included/completed on the sink; it will be drop-in only. The sink cutout will be made for you, and a matching slab insert is included as a lid. The sink does not come with strainer.

Q: How do I install the galley?
A: Mounting to the wall: Our galleys are designed to mount to the vehicle's wall. You can measure and mark a section of solid wall truss/beam behind the cabinet to approximate before shooting a screw or rivet nut into the wall. We recommend a minimum of three rivet nuts or five self-tapping screws to hold the galley in place.
A: Mounting the sink: Make sure to properly install the sink using the hardware provided with the sink. It is never wise to drop in a sink with no mounting brackets or silicone seal around the edges of the sink.
A: Installing a refrigerator: You must cut inlet and outlet ventilation holes for the unit. This allows the unit to cool down without posing a fire risk. Refer to your refrigerator unit manual for airflow direction and ventilation requirements.
A: Seal the butcher block: This is most commonly done using mineral oil, butcher block oil, or food-grade finish. This butcher block arrives unfinished, so please seal it before use.
Q: How do I know if the Promaster Van Kitchen will fit my vehicle?
A: These galleys are designed to take up the space behind the driver seat in most vehicles. This unit may also be placed elsewhere in the vehicle. Please note: Ford Transit and Ram Promaster owners may need to modify or notch the unit to fit the protrusion of the pillar and floor joint in their vehicles.
Q: What power intake does the refrigerator take?
A: The ISOTHERM line of refrigerators we use accepts 100-240V AC and 12V/24V DC
Q: What sink drain does the sink accept?
A: The NanoTec sink accepts more universal 3.5" drains. We recommend purchasing one with a strainer.
