• Robust Construction: Our kit includes a 3/4" load-bearing birch subfloor, Lonseal, and epoxy, ensuring durability and resilience on every road you travel.
• Load-Bearing Birch Insulation Frame: A pocketed subfloor base with openings for insulation to be stuffed into. This is also an alternating dovetail assembly with beams coinciding with the ribs on the factory floor of the vehicle.
• Customizable Panels: The subfloor comes in 3 or 4 (model-dependent) easy-to-handle 48" x 76" panels, cut-to-fit for seamless integration into your van space.
• Effortless Assembly: The floor panels ingeniously lock together in a dovetail pattern, facilitating a hassle-free installation process. No need for complicated modifications—these panels are designed to be drop-in ready.
• Versatile Installation: Choose between adhering or screwing the panels directly into your van's floor, providing flexibility based on your preferences and needs.
